Road Directions

By Road:
Heading east on M62 take junction 37 at Howden onto the A614. Continue on A614 all the way to Bridlington. At traffic lights (near hospital) continue straight on. Turn left onto B1253 towards Rudston (Sledmere House). At Boynton turn left at crossroads. Property is approximately 200 yards on left hand side from crossroads.

By Public Transport:
Taxi Rank on site.

Turn left outside station onto Quay Road crossing railway lines. At roundabout go straight on to Scarborough/Filey A165. Follow road going straight on through two sets of traffic lights. You will approach a double roundabout. At the mini roundabout go straight on, at the second roundabout go straight on following the sign for Hull A165. Turn right onto B1253 towards Rudston (Sledmere House). At Boynton turn left at crossroads. Property is approximately 200 yards on left.
