About

I hope to extend a warm and friendly welcome to all my guests. It is my wish to offer personal attention and a high standard of service, your individual needs and requirements are my priority. The calm ambient surroundings are there to help guests feel pampered and every effort is made to ensure guests enjoy their stay. Spa treatments by my qualified therapist including massage and reflexology can be arranged by prior appointment.

Each spacious en-suite bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers free WiFi, new flat screen TVs and DVD players, refreshments, hairdryers, towels, gown, slippers, toiletries and welcome pack. A selection of fiction and non-fiction books are available in your room and in the guest dining room. Maps and DVDs are available to use free of charge.

The breakfast menu is comprehensive including speciality fish and vegetarian options with daily specials board. Fresh, local and organic produce is used. Being licensed, guests can enjoy a relaxing drink as part of their stay.

Independent from the property is my treatment room for massage and reflexology.

- Approach on A165 along Kingsgate
- At B&Q roundabout turn right along Hilderthorpe Road towards town centre
- At 3rd set of traffic lights turn left along Springfield Avenue towards Quay Road
- At this junction, turn right towards town centre
- At mini roundabout with church, turn left into Wellington Road. Guest House on left side

From Driffield:
- On A614, turn right towards town centre at traffic lights along Bessingby Road
- Continue over roundabout at Morrisons to next roundabout at B&Q
- Travel along Hilderthorpe Road towards town centre
- At 3rd set of traffic lights turn left along Springfield Avenue towards Quay Road
- At this junction, turn right towards town centre
- At mini roundabout with church, turn left into Wellington Road. Guest House on left side

From Scarborough:
- Along A165, at roundabout take Scarborough Road to town centre (A1038)
- Continue along St John's Street to roundabout
- Over roundabout, along Quay Road to railway crossing
- Over to town centre
- At mini roundabout with church, turn left into Wellington Road
- Guest House on left side.

Trains travel hourly from Sheffield to Bridlington half-hourly from Hull via Beverley. The station is a flat 10 minute walk from The Villa and I can collect you by car by prior arrangement.
