Known for its authentic flavours and beautifully presented dishes, Mowgli is a great choice for anyone looking to mix up their Christmas dining with a little spice.
Their menu centres around small dishes which you can share with your loved ones and that come out of the kitchen as and when they’re ready. Highlights include yoghurt chat bombs, fenugreek kissed fries, gunpowder chicken and their famous tiffin boxes. When it comes to dessert, you can indulge in rich chocolate brownies or a refreshing mango sorbet.
And it’s not just the food that guests love here. Their restaurant on North Bar Within, is beautiful and unique, adorned with warm twinkly fairy lights and with the option of swinging seats.
Their festive menu is £35 per person and includes a glass of Prosecco or bottle of beer, which can be swapped for a soft drink if you prefer. All tables of 6+ must dine off this menu during the Christmas period.

Cosy up by their fireplace and choose two or three courses from their festive set menu. The menu runs from 11 November to 30 December 2024, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day (they have different menus for those). Tuck into two courses for £34.99 or three courses for £37.99, and why not add a class of Prosecco for an extra £8.25, it is a special occasion after all!
Menu highlights include chicken liver and brandy pate, traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings and pan-fried sea bass. For dessert you can opt for Christmas pudding, burnt basque cheesecake, a fruity crumble or chocolate fudge brownie. Divine!
There’s also a separate festive menu for children which will keep the little ones happy.
The Tiger Inn

Highlights include brie and cranberry lattice, smoked salmon terrine, traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings and confit duck leg. The desserts sound equally delicious with gingerbread crème brulee, millionaires’ cheesecake and Christmas pudding. The perfect way to wrap up your meal with something sweet.
Pizza Express

Head to their Beverley restaurant on North Bar Within to try their seasonal twists on classic dishes. Think pizza topped with Christmas-inspired ingredients and a reinvention of their famous dough balls.
Available from 12 November 2024, highlights include dough balls in blankets to start, and a new Christmas Feast pizza. For dessert, there’s snowflake brownie or if you fancy doubling up on the dough balls, their Snowball Dough Balls are back! Hurray!

Their festive menu is available from 25 November to 24 December, plus Boxing Day. Choose two courses for £31 or three courses for £36. Menu highlights include spiced sweet potato soup, confit belly pork, traditional roast turkey and pulled beef wellington. To finish off your meal choose from chocolate and pistachio artic roll, Amaretto and raspberry crème brulee, a cheeseboard or Christmas pudding.
