Halloween Happenings at William’s Den, 24th Oct - 1st Nov

Dare to visit William’s Den this half term and enjoy a frightful day of Halloween Happenings! This all day ticket includes all day access to the outdoor play areas, play meadow and forest trail, a one and a half hour indoor play session in the Haunted Den and free pumpkin for every full paying child. Book your tickets and indoor play time slot early to avoid disappointment!

Autumnal Grotto, Northwood Trail, 24th Oct - 1st Nov

Celebrate Halloween with the fairies at the Northwood Trail. The charming woodland trail of England’s Fairy Sanctuary will also be featuring an Autumnal grotto during half term week perfect for those looking for a lot less gore and a lot more gentle and seasonal.

Halloween Trail, Burton Agnes Hall - 23rd Oct - 1st Nov

Intrepid visitors are invited on hunt around the eerie woodland to find a series of frightfully fun hand crafted scenes. Decipher the clues of all the spooky scenes, including skeletons, witches and pirates, in order to enjoy your eerie treat!

Kids will enjoy a bumper trail sheet with activities to complete, and a hunt for Seven Spooky Sacks in the woodland garden, as well capturing a spooky snap in front of a witches’ hut backdrop. Play in the woodland adventure playground with its swings, corkscrew slide and double zip wire before enjoying a well-earned refreshment from the stableyard.

Halloween Events, Burton Constable Hall, 26th - 31st Oct 

There’s a whole host of Halloween adventures to be had at Burton Constable Hall during half term week. Go on a creepy Pumpkin Trail around the grounds, and find the clues to spell out the ‘Spooky something’ but beware of Halloween Monsters. Hunt all the witch's hats hidden around the Hall, search in all the rooms and try not to get spooked by the creepy guides and talk of ghosts. Or book your spot for a live performance of ‘Grimm Tales’ and be transfixed by Brother Grimm’s terrifying journey into his own daughter’s mind!

The Petrifying Pumpkin Hunt, Sledmere House, 22nd Oct - 1st Nov

Halloween fun and frights for all the family at Sledmere House this half term. Head out on a petrifying pumpkin hunt, find your way through the spooky maize maze, brave the ghastly ghost hunt and search for beastly broomsticks in the walled garden. There’s games and activities to keep the family occupied all day but don’t forget to pick your own pumpkin to take home and carve.
