The traditional seaside resort of Bridlington, the heart of the Yorkshire coast, also attracts visitors to its twice weekly markets in King Street on Wednesdays and Saturdays (also Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays during summer), with a variety of traditional and modern stalls.As well as its golden beaches, the town boasts the attractive Bridlington Spa, a venue for hundreds of performances each year, and is close to the beautiful Sewerby Hall and Gardens and Bempton RSPB nature reserve.
Bridlington’s Old Town, full of attractive antique shops and restaurants, was also the setting for the 2016 Dad’s Army film.
