Christmas Opening

The Team at Burton Agnes Hall are busy crafting original festive schemes for every room. The walled gardens and woodland, enjoyed for their beautiful displays year-round, provide the ingredients for this huge creative effort.

There's a focus on sustainability, with creations of natural, handmade, environmentally conscious crafting. Foliage and flowers grown in the walled garden and woodland is used in seasonal arrangements including hydrangea flower head wreaths, helichrysum flower baubles, miniature rosebud rings and balls; with 'trees' made of recycled wine bottle corks and others crafted from golden spiral jewllers' wire. Origami and paper decorations are favourites too, as they're sustainable and recyclable!
