The Unimog - used for Safaris at Spurn Point, East Yorkshire

Our Spurn Safari tour will take you on a memorable journey across this unique landscape aboard a specially adapted ex-military, 4x4 truck – the Unimog. It’s a 3 hour tour of Spurn National Nature Reserve expertly told by our knowledgeable and friendly guides with a lighthouse visit and guided walk.

Safari goers have the best of both worlds: they are out in the open but safely seated. Shelter can be provided on wet and windy days by lowering see-through curtains. The vehicle acts as a mobile ‘hide’, providing privileged views of wild deer and birdlife. It's heightened vantage point is also excellent for photography!

We have lots of dates throughout the year and booking is essential so please visit our website for more details.

All our events have Covid-19 measures in place and can be found in this handy guide  https://issuu.com/yorkshirewildlifetrust/docs/events_guide_apr-sept_21 .
