What's on at the Beverley Festival of Christmas
The Beverley Festival of Christmas will have three traditional Victorian Christmas markets selling everything from festive food and drink, to arts and crafts. Last time over 120 stallholders brought their high quality Christmas gifts, homeware, tasty food and drink, jewellery and much more to our Christmas Festival.
The independent stallholders make our market the special and unique event that it is, with the majority of our traders being local to the area.
Soak up the sights, smells and sounds as you wander around the markets and enjoy a range of festive family entertainment including live music, dancing, carols and more. There's so much to keep the kids entertained with Traditional Victorian Fairground Rides and live entertainment, music and dancing.
Live reindeer
Traditional reindeer have been delighting visitors to Beverley Festival of Christmas for many years.
They add Christmas magic to the event by pulling Father Christmas in his sleigh during the opening parade from Wednesday Market at 10am.
The reindeer then relax in their special pen in Saturday Market until mid-afternoon. It's a great photo opportunity!
For further information about the North Yorkshire Reindeers visit the website.

Beverley Reindeer Rampage
Beverley Reindeer Rampage is a self-guided Christmas trail around Beverley’s shops, cultural sites and eateries.
You'll be able to pick up a free trail sheet from Beverley Tourist Information Centre at the Champney Treasure House or download a copy closer to the time.
How does the trail work?
The Cairngorm reindeers have made their annual trip to Beverley to spread festive cheer across the town. They have been spotted creating mischief in shop windows across the town centre whilst preparing for the festivities. Christmas is approaching and it’s time to round them up. Can you help guide them back and reunite Father Christmas with his herd?
Simply follow the route marked on the map and use the clues to find the reindeers rampaging in the town centre’s cultural sites and shops. Write the name of the reindeer and their shop in your table, crossing off the letter found within the snow globe.
A lazy reindeer has not been joining in the festive fun! Unscramble the remaining letters to find out which one!
Post your completed trail in the Christmas post box at Beverley Tourist Information Centre or email info@veyevents.co.uk to be in with a chance to win a special prize (to be announced later this year).
