Wold Top Brewery
Brewing since 2003, the multi-award winning Wold Top Brewery offer a unique range of all year-round beers alongside limited edition cask and bottled beers. Winner of the 2020 Remarkable Local Producer Award, it’s Wold Top’s traditional brewing methods, their exclusively grown barley and filtered water taken from a borehole only metres away that are the true meaning of home grown. With tours running throughout the year on selected dates, don’t just take our word for it come and find out for yourself.

Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery
Yorkshire’s first whiskey distillery is good to go and ready to reopen from 13th July, with tours running daily at 11am and 1pm and the distillery shop opening too to indulge yourself in a tipple to take home after the tour. You can even book a joint tour of Wold Top Brewery and the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery.
Their passion and commitment are shown through the barley grown on the farm, access to local water sources and the decisions made at every stage from grain to grass to create a whiskey that doesn’t replicate the scotch but represents East Yorkshire.
Cherry View Milk
Are you always wondering where your groceries come from? Look no further at Cherry View Milk! From cow to bottle in a matter of hours and available to buy from their milk vending machine on the farm from 7am 7 days a week.
Their award winning, pasteurised, unhomogenised (yep! That means there’s the creamy bit at the top) milk comes from the free-range cows that graze on the pastures at Cherry Burton, meaning you won’t find milk fresher anywhere else.
Little Wold Vineyard
Just because little is in the title doesn’t mean they are with everything they have on offer for those visiting the vineyard. With 8000 vines of 5 different white grape and 3 red grape varieties and Tasting Tours, you can learn all about the history of the vineyard and sample some of the delicious wines produced here.
Or for a more intimate experience book in for a Picnic in the Vines which includes a picnic, a bottle of Little Wold Vineyard wine, exclusive use of the picnic area and the opportunity for a self-guided tour of vines.
Laurel Vines Vineyard & Winery
The award winning Laurel Vines at Aike, near Driffield, currently has 5000 vines contributing to their selection of red, white and rose wines. Grown and produced on site, with all ingredients sourced locally where possible, the wines couldn’t be any more East Yorkshire if they tried! Keep an eye on their website for details of wine tasting sessions and harvesting where you can join the team and help harvest the grapes.
Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School
Yorkshire Wolds Cookery school is the perfect way to spend time with friends and family, improve those culinary skills and of course enjoy food! From the basics in bread making to perfect patisseries and fine dining, the school offers a wide variety of workshops and classes as well as incorporating the use of local produce. Or simply turn up and enjoy a supper club experience cooked by well-known guest chefs.
Side oven bakery
Learn how to bake bread on a farm that grows, mills and bakes bread all in the same place. Workshops include a tour of the stone ground mill, and the use of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Side Oven Bakery offers courses from baking the basics to fancier treats and loaves.
