Meet Beverley's independent chocolatiers

Gemini Chocolate

Welcome to Gemini Chocolate, where every bar, truffle, and sip tells a story of care, craft, and connection.

We’re a small, independent chocolate company rooted in Beverley, East Yorkshire, making award-winning, organic chocolate the slow, thoughtful way - from bean to bar. Our cacao comes from Peru, where it’s grown with respect for the land and then stone-ground for richness and depth. Instead of refined sugar, we sweeten everything naturally with Palmyra Tree Blossom Sugar, a golden, unrefined sweetener full of nutrition.

All our chocolate is vegan, gluten-free, and free from anything artificial. No fillers, no short cuts, no compromises. Just pure, honest ingredients that lets nature shine.

Located on North Bar Within, Beverley, you’ll find our signature bars, delicate truffles, and a handful of baked treats - all made by hand. We also serve expertly brewed coffee and our own lush, organic hot chocolate in a cosy space that invites you to slow down and savour.

Because for us, chocolate isn’t just a treat, it’s a way of living. Made with plants. Guided by nature. Crafted with purpose. This is indulgence without guilt, wrapped in ethics, and rooted in simplicity. This is chocolate to live for.
